As a woman with dark under eyes I'd like to say to you:

It's okay. And seriously! Is not as bad as you think it is.

Accept that we are perfectly imperfect and that this has a fix.

Here is my

How to Get Rid of Dark Circles

or at least a

How to Make them Less Visible 😊

1. First: Have a Good Night's Sleep

Sorry, but for as obvious as this may be, we all need to hear it now and then. Kind of like "drink more water" we all know we should, and still we forget.

So now that we got that out of the way. Let's start with:

2. Have a Bomb Bedtime Routine!

It all begins with the night:

LOVE YOURSELF!

It is essential that you moisturize and lightly massage your under eyes with your ring finger every night before bed.

Use a light an outward motion, massaging in a way that stimulates circulation out. Think of the darkness under your eyes really being blood stuck in the little pockets, and when you massage outwards, you are pushing all that stuck blood out of those little pockets.

Start from the inner part of the eye and gently move out and up. Never down to prevent wrinkles.

Remember: Lotions and creams travel while you sleep, so no need to get too close to the eye area, stick to your orbital bone.

I like to use something extremely moisturizing at night, for two reasons:

  1. This allows for me to get the most out of my product, while I sleep.

  2. And because something extremely moisturizing would interfere with your under-eye makeup during the day.

I personally currently love the Kiehl's Creamy Under Eye Avocado Cream Treatment.

Other eye creams I love, a little on the pricey side:

3. And last, Eat your Leafy Greens

More specifically kale, because its vitamins help reduce the look of dark under eyes.

And for those like me who do not always have time to consume their greens I recommend Macro Greens.

& That is all guys. Please comment below and let us know what has worked for you

Besos!
