How to "Slow Carb"
&
Lose 20 to 30 Pounds in 1 month
The Rules for Slow Carb Dieting are:
1. Eat 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking up
And when you don't have the time to make breakfast just make yourself a whey isolate protein shake (also within 30 minutes of you waking up).

2. DON'T DRINK YOUR CALORIES:
Only consume water, green or black tea (2-3 cups a day, up to 4 cups per day maximum), black coffee with no sugars or creamers, if you can not stand black coffee you can add 1-2 tablespoons of whole-(whipping)cream, and/or Stevia /cinnamon. Limit yourself to one to two cups of coffee per day.
3. DON'T CONSUME WHITE CARBS!
The following foods are prohibited: all bread, rice (including brown), cereal, potatoes, pasta, tortillas, and fried foods with breading.
Before you throw your hands in the air and give up, keep in mind that this is a six days "ON" one day "OFF" diet! Meaning you only stick to these rules and avoid carbs six days out of the week.
4. Eat the same foods over and over again.
Select one item from the proteins group, one item from the legumes group, and as many items from the vegetables group as you like:

5. Don't eat fruit.
Tomatoes and Avocados are okay, but limit yourself to no more than one cup a day of these.
6. Have ONE cheat day (aka one off day) per week!
Once you start your diet, and have been following the above rules for at least five, maximum 6 days you may have one cheat day. This is your go wild day, you can eat all that you want, just for a day. For my detailed cheat day diet guide click: How to Cheat on your Diet
