Hello Loves,

Hope you are having a wonderful start to your day.

If you've joined me in losing up to 20 pounds in the next 30 days the countdown begins now!

As mentioned before the list of items to eat are:

With that in mind I've put together a few lists to help you in your journey.

The lists are:

So here it is:

Products to Get the Most for Your Buck

1. Sauerkraut

Sauerkraut is a great and cheap probiotic. It does have quite a strong taste to it. I just suck it up and do four fork fulls of this every morning and reward myself with coffee 😁

2. Spinach

You can always purchase supplements, but if you prefer to get your electrolytes through whole foods, then spinach is your best option as it contains potassium, calcium, and magnesium.

Personally, I find that Winco stores sales it the cheapest. The brand is Popoye.

If you would like to buy supplements instead of dealing with eating or cooking all your spinach before it goes bad then here some links to the supplements mentioned above:

3. Beans and Lentils

To save the cooking time you can do canned beans and lentils, get the no salt added options.

4. Spices, Salt, and Light Sauces

These are your friends. Spices and herbs, but not cream-based sauces are great for adding flavor.

Personally, I love:

  • Pesto sauce

  • Sriracha

  • Cholula

  • Stevia for salad dressing mixed with vinegar

  • Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil as a salad dressing

  • Fresh Salsa if you store to buy, make sure is the one with no sugars added.

5. Lemons and Limes

Great add to anything if you ask me.

Now for

WHAT TO EAT WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE CHEATING

Look there should be no need to eat snacks because being hungry means you are not eating enough protein and legumes. First, try eating more!

If you are eating enough and still feel the need to snack, then this translates to a psychological addiction.

Before you go changing your diet plan and start adding things to your diet because they are "healthy" and to make things less boring, try the following foods:

Prepare yourself a bowl of

  1. Cucumbers

  2. Jicama

  3. Radishes

Remember: BE MODERATE

I love these with lemon and salt &

DO NOT ADD FRUIT TO YOUR DIET, unless it's avocado or tomatoes.

4. Peanut Butter (with no additives) or the better option Almond Butter

One spoon full, and, please do not try to balance the whole jar on the spoon.

For Almond butter: Winco stores sales this incredibly cheap and it's made in front of your eyes.

5. Stevia

Use stevia as a substitute for sugar.

Now for Items that

Products That Make Life Easier

1. An Egg Maker

as mentioned on the last blog:

Because water intake is an important part of any diet I'm going to suggest that you prepare yourself by getting a water bottle to carry with you and one to leave by your bathroom sink or next to your bed. If you are anything like me, it helps if these are pretty to look at, seal properly, and are easy to drink out of/chug 😄

The dollar store has a nice variety of plastic water bottles.

You may also just buy a water bottle from Voss, FIJI, or any other companies whose packaging you find aesthetically attractive.

I loved my glass Voss water bottle: https://amzn.to/2HOFGNr

Reusable Plastic Food Containers with Lids to Meal-Prep, pack your lunches and take with you to work school etcetera. Here is what I found on Amazon:

and that is all my friends, hope this was helpful. If you have any cool suggestions to add to the list please add them below!
