I'm the girl who has tried many MANY concealers. I worked at a department store and you best believe I tried almost every single concealer.I was on a mission. The mission of Concealing Like a Pro :D

Here are my Concealer Favorites:

"My I CAN NOT live/CONCEAL withouts"

1. My all-time favorite concealer is the MAC PRO-long wear concealer. This little guy here it's my Mr. Magic. I use less than half pump for both eyes. I have golden undertones, so I use what MAC calls an "NC" shade. If you would like to try this concealer but you aren't sure what shade suits you best, please see an Artist at your local MAC store to help you assess what shade works best for you, an extra pair of eyes it's always helpful.

MAJOR TIP: The trick with this and most concealers is applying a thin layer of it to your under eyes, blending just the edges, and waiting a few minutes for the product to get a bit tacky before blending the rest. This increases the coverage and allows for the concealer to conceal more.

2. My next favorite is the NARS Creamy concealer:

This guy is really one of my top concealers. A little on the pricey side but a little goes a long way. So you won't need a lot as a little will give you plenty of coverage.

I use, and find that the color/shade "custard" goes and works well with most medium skin tones with olive/golden under tones.

TIP: Only apply a tiny bit to the darkest or hardest to conceal areas. Waiting a few seconds before blending also helps the product get tacky and provides more coverage.

3. Tarte Shape Tape Concealer, again a little goes a very long way. Do not use this without moisturizing your eyes as this product can be a little more on the drying end:

4. The most affordable concealer with the most coverage I've found is the Maybelline Makeup Instant Age Rewind Concealer Dark Circle Eraser Concealer

I love this concealer it is affordable and great for everyday use

5. For the most severe cases of Dark Circles and if nothing is doing it for you and you want more coverage go for a cream concealer such as the MAC cream concealers or the Derma Color concealers. Keep in mind that this is cream and cream tends to move so make sure you "set" the product with a loose powder and a fluffy brush after you apply it.

6. Mineralize MAC Concealer. I use NW20. This is a more sheer to medium concealer with a satin-like finish. Great for a glowy natural look.

MAJOR TIP for MAJOR DARK CIRCLES: When I have really bad dark circles under my eyes, and nothing is covering them I like to apply a cream concealer under a liquid concealer so that the liquid dries and locks my cream concealer into place #genius. I then set with a loose powder.

7. To brighten, and to be a little extra I like to apply MAC Prep and Prime Light Boost on the outer corner of my eyes to add a little matte highlight. I love these MAC highlighters; they are great because they give a high color payoff while being so lightweight that they will not crease. I go through these like water. They are a little on the pricey side, but I haven’t found any cheaper alternatives. Feel free to send me any dupes for this product if you know of any :) https://amzn.to/2qz6ZU6
