The "about me" section of my website that I want to have as a post and not an entire page :)

My life up to now in a Nutshell, here it is:

I come off as a sweet person, and I am, 99.99% of the time ;).

Hello,

I was born in Phoenix Arizona back in 1991. I moved to Mexico with my family at age five where I attended my firsts years of school.

During my first year of Junior High, I convinced my Mom to allow me to come back to the place I was born to live with friends and family. Initially, mom wasn't okay with the idea of me being so young and practically being on my own in a different country as I was "only a child." she said. In my argument, the move was the best thing for me and my future. So eventually she agreed, and I was living in Arizona. I didn't speak, write, or read any English at the time. Things were difficult, but little by little I learned the language as best I could... and that is when "life on my own" began for me...

PLEASE NOTE: I'm mostly self-taught and even though I'm always learning. Grammar and spelling are not my forte.

I spent my teenage years living with family and or friends. I moved a lot.

Life was not easy. I was a teen who knew nothing about life and had to do what she could to make ends meet, continue her education, and move forward in life as best as she could.

There were quite a few bumps on the road. I hung out with the wrong people. Dated a few losers. Got in trouble more times than I'd like to admit. I trusted people whom should have never been trusted, and in return, I was taken advantage of, a few times. But it was all a learning experience. I made it through the tough times and continued moving forward as best as I could.

I didn't always have to be on my own. My mom moved to Arizona during my High School years. But by then I had become so independent that being on my own was all I knew.

The constant moving from place to place was quite a blessing as this encouraged me to buy a home. I hadn't even turned 21, and I was already a homeowner. This was a huge accomplishment for me as I had a place to live, a place I could happily and officially call "home." My need for always doing and living better motivated me to make upgrades to this home. And this turned out to be extremely beneficial when I sold the house and made a small profit thanks to such upgrades and renovations.

As hard as life was at times, I put myself through college and managed to graduate at an early age with a Bachelors degree from ASU. My education has always been a priority of mine, so no matter how difficult times are I make it a must to continue my studies.

Life has been an interesting journey. I've met some really amazing people. I've traveled more than I would ever begin to imagine being able to and I've learned a lot from my experiences and from the people I've met. Best of all, I have built some great friendships along the way.

Now the plan is to continue learning, continue traveling, and continue creating. I chose to live near LA with hopes to embark in a career in the areas of Branding, Design, and Modeling, but at this time I'm going through a possible change of plans.

I don't know where this journey will end, but this sure as hell doesn't stop me from living this crazy wildlife of mine.
