Products That Get the Most Bang for Your Buck During Slow Carb

Hello Loves,

If you've joined me in losing up to 20 pounds in the next 30 days you already know that the foods that we will eat are: Proteins, Legumes, and Vegetables. Well I've also put together a lists of items to buy that will get you the Most Bang for Your Buck During Slow Carb

1. Sauerkraut

Sauerkraut is a great and cheap probiotic. It does have quite a strong taste to it. I just suck it up and do four fork fulls of this every morning and reward myself with coffee 😁

2. Spinach

You can always purchase supplements, but if you prefer to get your electrolytes through whole foods, then spinach is your best option as it contains potassium, calcium, and magnesium.

Personally, I find that Winco stores sales it the cheapest. The brand is Popoye.

3. Beans and Lentils

To save the cooking time you can do canned beans and lentils, get the no salt added options.

4. Spices, Salt, and Light Sauces

These are your friends. Spices and herbs, but not cream-based sauces are great for adding flavor.

Personally, I love:


  • Pesto sauce

  • Sriracha

  • Cholula

  • Stevia for salad dressing mixed with vinegar

  • Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil as a salad dressing

  • Fresh Salsa if you store to buy, make sure is the one with no sugars added.

5. Lemons and Limes

Great add to anything if you ask me.
